Take a deep breath, man. Ain't a big problem. Worst case scenario is that your mogul socket won't mate well with whatever you use as a reflector- you have to use a differant socket/lampcord.

First, contact sunlight sheds or whoever and find out what a replacement reflector would cost.

Then go to your local hydro store and explain the situation- go in with measurements of how large you can go. You want to deal w/ a local if you can- if you have a fit problem you can return it easily.

In the photos on their website, they've got a SuperSun II in one photo, and a Sunlight Cool tube in another- so I'll bet they're re-tagging Sunlight parts. The ballast-lamp cord isn't standard to any maker I'm familiar with, so you might have to cut out the non-standard cord end and couple it to the socket assembly with a set of twist lock connectors. All of my cordsets are set up like this- allows a lot of flexibility in ballast/reflector combinations, depending on what I wanted to do.

You'll be able to get this up and running for short $, in no time.
rhizome Reviewed by rhizome on . reflector ? i gots a cool cab from sunlight sheds and they didnt send the reflector. i got the 600 watt hps 6 inch bulb though....and i was wondering if any 6 inch reflector would work, and the bulb would screw right in, or if i would have to get a "special" one for my bulb. i dont want to buy one seperate of the inet and have it not fit my bulb, that would suck! and is air cooled recomended for my bulb?...thats what it wouldve came with....but i dont know if its needed or not? any help is Rating: 5
