Lol, of course Cannabis can grow on its own (how do you think it grew and evolved so much without as much human contact as it has now?)... but then quality is not ensured. All of those steps are steps taken to grow some GOOD cannabis... not ditch-weed.

Lol, if you let it grow on it's own, outside somewhere, it'll probably be a lot lower than mid.

However, it might come out all right, something decent to smoke for yourself. You really can't lose if you have some bagseed you want to drop somewhere and come back in 3-4 months. I wouldn't sell it though, quality might be inconsistent and make someone mad. And pollination would lower quality.
