I was just wondering if other major cities in the states or Canada celebrate 420 day like Ottawa. Every year hundreds of people gather on parliment hill and smoke joint in sync, while members of parliment and police join the festivities. On anything normal occasion this would result in a massive fine or even jail time. I would like to hear stories of how other places celebrate this fine day.
