ebay. I got mine before Christmas and i am very happy with mine !!!
Its a 400 hps that is small and compact yet is perfect for me..lol

Nice lamp eh???...lol I love it cause its so compact and easy to move around ..no need to hang with chains and chit either..lol with this one i can just set this thing on a a table over the plants...sooo easy!!! : )

you would want a remote ballast Etrain, so if your getting one off ebay make sure it is, or it will get hot hot hot

Look out for second hand flood lighting equipment. HPS lights are used for virtualy all comercial outdoor lighting. Car parks, shopping centers, churches etc. Also have seen new lights + ballast go for $80-100 on ebay.
