Funny But the sad thing is, people actually do try and sue the firearm companies for crimes commited with their products. Nobody ever tries to sue Ford when a drunk driver kills someone with one of their vehicles.

Or that one fat guy suing the fast food company because their food made him overweight. What a turd he was.You can't persecute someone who creates a potentially deadly item. Persecute the moron who doesn't know how to handle the item, or uses it with ill intent.

Guns do not kill people. Granted, it is kind of rediculous that we have to worry about it... But as it's been said before, if it wasn't guns, they would just harm you and others with something else.

I hate violence but when your in a world drenched in it its hard to ignore it. Ever hear the phrase ' If you cant beat em, join em'? The worlds to dangerious and I will never let my guard down when someone has a gun to my head or a knife to my throat. You just cant do that. So I like to keep a machete by my bed or in my car. Its the only way to get by here in at atlanta.

But yes, the ' guns dont kill people, people kill people' is total bullshit. Ever hear about little kids shooting someone because they found their parents gun? Yeah thats the exact same thing. Its not their fault its the parents even though they couldent help it at the time.

I dont think guns and knives are cool, but I do think its smart to keep them around you just incase. You never know in this world.

Oh yeah, some people collect guns and knives for pleasure and some people like to hunt (Like my uncle) he has been collecting weopons since a little boy and he hunts deer, bird, rabbit, ect. I see nothing wrong with this. Do you?

My folks never locked my dad's shotguns up... But ever since I was a small lil kid I woudl clean them with my dad after he went hunting. So I was always around guns and they were just another part of life. You know what I mean? I respected them and shit, and had no urge to fuck with 'em cuz I knew what and how they were used

IMO that is the single way to increase personal firearm saftey.

hey guys, sorry for being all bitchy at the beginning of this thread.. i havent slept all night so im kinda cranky, lol, but i apologize for being such a dick

I still stand by what I think - I don't like guns, and I think the world would have been better off without them. But then again, the world would have been better off without cars, Hitler and Oprah Winfrey. So, I digress

Sawleaf, of course i've fired a gun. My mum's ex-boyfriend use to be a total gun-nut, and owned loads. He used to take me to shooting ranges and rifle ranges all the time (I dont think youre just allowed to go hunting with guns over here..), and of course, I popped a boner over it too.. But, that was a while ago, and my views have changed since then.

Well you know what fun it can be then Ghost! A lot of us still like to pop boners shooting. I always go to the dollar store and buy all the crap that nobody else buys and blow it to pieces. You know sillystring explodes out the entrance hole before the bullet even passes through the entire can! I don't hunt, I just love shooting. Cleanup is a bitch though.

I used to love target practice with my airgun's when I was a little younger. I got really good at it to! And I used to do a little archery from time to time. That was when I was living at home and we had a huge garden though, Can't do it now.

Archery is so much fun! I've never tried target practice with a gun but I think I'd like it. Actually, the first time I ever held a bow was in freshman gym class because achery was part of our phys. ed program (along with square dancing ).

Ghost, I'd love to see you protest and voice your views to my old she-male gym teacher. It was be so fun to watch but somehow I bet you'd end up in the principal's office.
