first timer

Can the botanicare stuff be used in soil, soilless, or just hydroponic. Everywhere I look it has hydroponic in the name so I wasn't sure.

what about the lights that i am using the agro lite you guys and gals no n e thing about those ? thanks for the info on the nutrients foxy is prunig a good thing to look into also ?
