another great canadian milestone.
Yeah, I actually remember hearing about this a little while back. I don't understand why it's "unpatentable". Yeah it's super cheap and common, so there probably wouldn't be a huge profit margin on it, but are there seriously no pharmaceutical companies willing to just help people? I sure hope our medical system or government figures out a way to utilize this, possibly without the pharma's involvement.

It causes cancer cells to commit 'cellular suicide' by shutting down cancer cells mitochondria, therefore cutting off its metabolism and causing the cell to die off. this is a medical breakthrough of such great magnitude. the only problem is its non-patentable and therefore cannot be profited from..so pharmacies wont fund research Rating: 5
