ok...well heres my problem

my friend R isnt exactly the smartest kid in the world
he told us he could get us a carton of ciggs and we were all like ok cool
...then he told us he was gonna steal it from dairy barn

i told him it was a really dumb idea and we would get caught but he had to be stubborn and say we wont...i still refused to take part in stealing

so he goes in, tells the guy he wants a coffe and when the guy goes to the back he steals 2 cartons and we bounce...

the guy who worked there noticed the missing ciggs and followed us and told us he called the cops... 2 of my friends jetted somewere and they were no were to be found and i couldnt find R either...i was left with 2 of my other friends and one pack of stolen cigs that R gave to me...i knew i was dumb for taking it but at the moment i wasnt to worried about it

We hung out arund dominos when i got the call from the 2 kids that we lost saying to come to one of their houses...
right when we get on the blcok 5 cop cars pull up and say we fit the description of the kids who stole the ciggs... they searched us and found one pack of stolen ciggs and my bowl... my other friend got busted with brass knuckles and R got had a carton and brass knuckles...

We got driven to the station and i told my story and luckily got on the good side of the cops and the detective...they told me that i wasnt the main one and i was just kinda there

since me and my other friend with the brass are 15 our parents picked us up... my friend R is 16 so he spent the night and hes gonna be in a lot of trouble because hes being held as an adult

It was R's stupid idea that i didnt wanna go along with in the first place and if he wasnt there none of this would have never happend...

i have to go to court on the 22nd
i have a feeling im going to get probation and porbaly pay a fine for the ciggs i had on me...
can anyone please help me with this ?

wow that sucks a lot, im not a cig smoker but were i live there are plenty of places that sell it to under age all you have to do is say "im 18" or 21 if you want to buy alchol, if i were you ide talk to a lawyer about what happend because cops try and trick you they have done it to me before

im not sorry for u how bout quit being a follower and start leading ur own life and it sounds like maybe one of ur friends ratted u out how would they know u were headed to ur friends house??
