    BioBizz Q. The whole range..

Ok I have the whole range.....

    Bio Grow
    Bio Bloom
    Top Max
    Alg-A-Mic
    Bio Heaven
    Root Juice
    Leaf Coat

Ive just changed to 12/12.....I have a NL Feminised plant. Should I still use full doses of Bio Grow?
isnt it too much to feed EVERYTHING in one watering or is that ok?? and is EVERY watering really ok? Im sure Biobizz knows....but I dont know if they mean EVERYTHING.....
also how often should I use Leaf Coat?
should I continue with Root Juice? can I?

Anyone with experience with BioBizz please let me know how it went for you...

also is it easy to over do?

can I foliar feed BioHeaven, Top Max etc? or just best to stick to Alg-A-Mic for that?

    THANKS!!

i've used the bio bloom and i like it. It has some molasses in it too, so it will sweeten your buds. dunno about the rest but i'm sure they are fine.

What you do is to make your balanced full NPK base nutrients mix. Then you ad the boosters. From time to time with different strains you can push the mix or you may need to back off a little of the base NPK so you can use the proper booster but you don't know that until you try it once and then watch the plants they will tell you what you need to know.

Watch the Ph very close too.

    Happy growing

Thanks Zandor. I dont have a PH meter but ill get one.
Bit of a problem though.....all leaves are green apart from the new shoots (all over)...they are yellow/lime green. I wrote to biobizz (sent pic) and was told I am overwatering.....perhaps I could be. But the leaves dont droop....I thought if I overwatered the leaves would droop....
my NL Fem. is in an 18litre pot and ive just switched to 12/12. How much water should I give it? should I give it one big water so the water comes out the holes at the bottom once every 2-3 days or a little every 1-2 days??
do you think this could be the cause of the yellow/lime green shoots?

or would the PH be F`d up? btw if the PH is screwed up what do you usually do about it??

    Thanks in advance!

You are growing is soil right?

How much perlite did you add? If you don't have proper drainage then yes you are seeing an over watering problem. If possible drill a bunch of holes in the bottom of your grow bucket to drain the excess water out faster. You don't want it sitting in the bottom of the bucket, that will cause problems with your grow over the long haul.

You can prop up your bucket and crawl under it to drill the holes if you need to.

Yes you water until it runs out the bottom but that is only if you have proper drainage.

The next issue you will be dealing with will be fungal gnats from excess water in the soil so watch for them on top of your soil. To try to avoid that problem you may want to put construction sand on top of your soil now. The sand cuts them to death as they work their way to the service most of the time. They eat the roots of your plant so if you end up with them you can deal with the pretty easy.

thanks so much for that bro!
    ill drill more holes indeed.
btw how about putting chopsticks in the soil (taking them out obviously) to air the soil? or could that F the roots??
I know its done with lawns...

    cheers!

chopsticks can air-rate your soil just push gently. Yes some of the smaller feeder roots may be damages but no big deal in small amounts. Roots die and grow new everyday.

Chopsticks work well to as a soil moisture meeter sort of like when you check a baking cake if it's done with the wire. Dip it in and it it's wet you have water deeper in the soil.

On your next round pick up some chunky perlite and mix your soil with a 60% soil to 40% perlite and make sure you have plenty of holes for drainage and you will not have this problem.
