Maybe see if your particular store is on this list. just go to this link and put in walgreens.Companies that Drug Test Results I tried to do it for you, but the link didn't work. There are a lot of Walgreens listed that do indeed test.

Walgreens does drug test. you have to pass one to get the job and there is always the threat of a "random" drug test. i was an employee for 3 years and had to quit because of the habit in fear of a random drug test in fact. not that i cared two shits about the job but my dad made a career for himself with the company so who am i to fuck that up? anyways i didn't get tested once in three years after my intial test. so if you pass the first one to get the job, you should be good. unless you work in the pharmacy and someone is stealing pills, then you will probably be tested under the pretenses of "randomization".

not sure how long she's been there now.... quite a few damn months, ain't been tested yet...

they don't test unless counts on controlled substances start to get fucked up. i was back in the pharmacy for about a year and a half and i left without being drug tested. yet the district manager stopped by to check in on a store that happend to be given a "random" drug test on that day and the manager had to piss for it because they were on the clock. so you never know. hence why i got out.
