Yippy skippy? Not exactly that black and white. Whether it be Iranians or Americans that commited the above mentioned act, you do need to check who was involved and if it was government sanctioned. If the American government said "no, we didnt' do that, somebody hijacked our munitions", you call for an investigation! Otherwise any terrorist or militia based asshole could send 2 nations to war without their governments even initiating the conflict! Could you imagine?
