In order to cut-off our supply lines,Iran would have to establish air superiority first,which they will never be able to do..and if they attack our fleet,that would be an act of war and we'd open a big fat can of whup-ass on em.
You might want to take a second read. He said an attack on your fleet would occure after a declaration of war, not before.
