The cotyledons are the little round leaves. No nutrients is needed at all until they yellow. I still fertilize before they are yellow though.
IthoughtIknewitall Reviewed by IthoughtIknewitall on . growing help...all input is appreciated ok i'm pretty sure yal have answered this question before but her eit goes....ok what would it mean if a plant's bottom leaves (the round ones that first sprout) turn brown and start wilting away? also one other leaf is kind of wilted but still anice green...it was planted dec. 1st and didn't sprout until like 6 days later ....it seems to be a healthy plant it has nice color and nicely developing leaves it's just the two bottom leaves and only part of one of the others....also another one is Rating: 5
