How old are you and how old is the girl? Does her mom still control every aspect of the girl's life? Because it seems like one option might be for your to find another job and then just ask the girl out and begin to date her away from the prying eyes of mama. Your ladylove probably is going to need to stand up to her mom and assert her independence.

If you're both just 14 or so, then that answer might be altogether different. If that's the case, you might just both have to wait till you're older.
