I did a quick lookup on google and couldn't find anything named "ultraram". Unless you do some research on them, I do NOT recommend just taking them to see what will happen.

Ya dude. LoL. People find pills from god knows where and they think they taking some will fuck them up. People realize that a lot of pills out there can and will kill you. Everytime I plan to trip on something, I do research on it WAY before hand just expect what kind happen and what can go wrong. RESPECT THE DRUG!

Do you mean ULTRAM? Also known as Tramadol, comes in 50-100mg pills. These are for moderate to moderately severe pain relief and the one time I tried them I don't believe I got much from them. Some people report they get pretty high from them though, others say it is good for opiate withdrawals and nothing more. I suppose it doesn't hurt to try so long as you keep your starting dose low and work up.
