unable to upload?

no my problem is different. "Attach Files
Valid file extensions: au bmp gif jpe jpeg jpg mp3 pdf png wav wma" is all I see at the bottom where there is usually the option to "attach files". Instead there is nothing. I am obviously logged in I don't see what it could be.

I would upload what I see, but I can't!! I am logged in and the upload button just isn't there! I am starting to freak out.

nope...seems to be working fine for me.....

OK, don't know what it was or how it got fixed but it is working now. Look at these two screen shots of before and after.
