Yea i smoke camel filters, i can only smoke if its a decent brand though, i cant stand smoking nasty cigs like grand prix or main streets, its like smoking wood.

I can imagine a lot of nos, but I'm gonna go with yes.
I've been smoking for a few years now. I try to keep it reasonable, but I especially enjoy the small boost they provide after smoking bud. They do help me relax once in a while. And for the record, I smoke Marlboro Reds or Camel Filters...

yes,no, rogers, and smoking cigs in the long could never really help you to relax...they trigger your brain to release sugars (same reaction, but obviously not benifical, as food ) into your bloodstream...
Sugar release is an up no matter what you tell yourself...it can be a relief of lack of sugar however never a relaxant truthfully -yes our minds do decieve us-

I never started and i never will. I only smoke ganja when i'm by myself but when i'm with friends they put a bit of baccy in their joints which i don't like but i still smoke anyway...

Nope. Smoked 'em in college because we thought it was cool in those days to smoke cigs when we were out drinking, and wish I'd never even done that.

I smoke, It's just something I've done for a while. More of a habit really. And I smoke Marlboro Milds.
