i think it should also involve psychological examination... mostly dealing with reasoning ability...

i mean just cuz you can operate a car to a T by driving standards, doesn't in the least mean you're mentally capable of reasoning, and since we're talking about mobile 3000 lbs of steel... o.0 well we've already seen what just the slightest lapse in judgement can do..
