Smoked a few times in 8th grade with my friend but didn't get high [13-14]

Freshman year of high school [9th grade] ended and summer began [14-15], and I wanted to actually get high this time. A few more smokes and still nothing. Then finally one day...ghetto paper-towel-roll steamroller and some mids-ish weed I guess...smoked a few bowls hitting it as hard as I could as I was a bit discouraged at this point. Started walking to the store and a few minutes later it hit me so hard. I remember everything just changed so suddenly...then got to the store and felt like I was floating through the aisles. Then the paranoia kicked in and I left my friend to go home LOL. Was so nervous that I would never be normal again...until I smoked a few days later that is haha.

Damn, thinking back, getting high was so much funner back in those days...when the high was almost uncontrollable and you didn't know what was going to happen. The good old days indeed.
