My favorite Place to Eat
I agree with Dog...except, I mean my mum's house lol..and it's FREEE!!!
Her roast dinners are off the scale, dudes!
There was this one time, when we was young (
) that I said to her "Cor, I enjoyed that, I could eat another one of those!"
So, she made us another dinner right there and then....very cool

Hudsons Bistro
STARTERS
Ensalada de Verduras
Roasted peppers, marinated manchego cheese, olives and bruschetta.
Galloping Horses
Pork, roasted peanuts, chili - panfried slightly sweet and hot.
Served on leaves with salsa.
Calamari
Squid rings deepfried, in a tempura batter, with a chilli dip.
Thai Salad
Marinated and chargrilled chicken with tigerprawns on a crunchy
salad with a hot and sour dressing, poppadoms.
Gambas a pil-pil
Tiger Prawns panfried in olive oil, chili and garlic.
Salmorejo
An addictive garlic-scented cream with tomato, garnished
with chopped Serrano Ham.
Coriander Cakes
Sweet-potato cakes infused with lemongrass and coriander, panfried.
Served with a ginger chutney and a chunky pimento sauce.
Spicy Chicken Wings
....still here after all these years. Still the best...
Jacket Dips
Crispy potato skins, deepfried served with aioli.
Soup Inniu
Our homemade soup, with brown bread
MAIN COURSES
Rump of Lamb
Tender roasted lamb, served sliced on layers of sweet potato
and aubergine, with a sauce of roasted garlic and Maderia.
Vegetable Tempura
Sweet Potato, carrot, aubergine, scaalions deepfried in a light batter.
Sevred on mixed leaves with a hot and sour dressing.
Seville Chicken
Breast of chicken roasted with diced chorizo in a tomato and sherry sauce
(enriched with a picada of almonds and orange zest).
Fire and Ice Fillet
A 10oz fillet marinated in crushed fresh coriander and ginger with chillis,
chargrilled and drizzled with a salsa of coriander, salsa of tomato.
Moorish Kebabs
Lamb Kebabs marinated in cumin, coriander, fresh herbs, then chargrilled,
Served with a piccalli and a cumin infused couscous.
New Orleans Chicken or Salmon
Rolled in Cajun spices, chargrilled & served with spicy roasted
vegetables and a roasted chilli dressing.
Halloumi
Traditional Cypriot cheese panfried, drizzles of basil pesto
and tomato pesto. Served on roasted root vegetables.
Today's Fish.
Fish, hugely enjoyed here, is always fresh and varies according to
what is available in the market. See the balckboard for details. Price varies.
Cassoulet
Braised lamb, ham hock, duck confit and Toulose sausage, ...haricot beans,
garlic, fresh herbs, tomato - all slowly cooked til meltingly tender.
Served with salad.
Camerones
Tiger Prawns panfried in a Mexican Adobado sauce. Served with spicy
roasted vegetables, chili dip and flour tortilla.
Jerez Lamb shank
Lamb on the bone, braised for hours in amontillado sherry, onions,
thyme, mushrooms till meltingly tender. Served with roasted root vegetables.
Sirloin or Fillet Steak
10oz steak chargrilled and served with caramelised onions, salad and choice of salad.
DESSERTS
Tarte aux Fruits de Saison
Shortcake tart filled with créme patisserie, topped with seasonal (or unseasonal!) fruit.
Torta Delizia
A crunchy amaretti biscuit base topped with layers of light sponge and homemade malted ice cream. A delicious frozen dessert, drizzled with espresso sauce.
As Good As It Gets
Vanilla ice cream & caramel sauce, choclate ice cream & chocolate sauce, topped with cream and nuts, wafer twirls.
Chocolate Pud
Rich and dark chocolate and nut pudding, served warm in a pool of chocolate sauce... and cream.
Dolce Amor
A golden, warm, cake of apricot and almond served with an orange and passion fruit sauce, topped with cream, crushed nuts and wafers.
Sticky Meringues
Small and sticky, served with cream, fruit and ice cream....
Créme Brulee
Classic. Creamy custard brulee with a crispy caramel topping.
Cheese Board
Our cheese baord has only seasonal Irish cheese, usually three varieties served with water biscuits and celery.

OMG I had to read this right at lunch time when I got a crazy munchy syndrome, Can't go to moms, which is the best, so I'll have to have Outback Steakhouse. Good thing they have a lunch menu.
