Am I permanently High???..
I used to get kind of permafried too, would be really slowed down a few days after having smoked. You WILL get past this and come back to normal, but some people have it linger abnormally long. I think it has something to do with the livers ability to produce certain enzhymes that process it through.
My advice to you is to keep drinking lots of water, do some really hard excercise to work up a sweat as much as possible, and take the maximum recommended daily dose of Vitamin-B3 every day (don't exceed the RDA on this one). Also take 3,000mg Vitamin-C every day to help your body produce AdenosineTriPhosphate and help you metabolise the cannabinoids.
In the future, keep your smoking to a minimum and know your limits! Lots of assholes (IE your friends and mine) will keep telling you "just smoke more! Just smoke more!", but people with high tolerances seem to forget that people with a low tolerance can't handle the unlimited intake with minimal consequences that they enjoy.
