next time just yell "hey shut the fuck up!" and no i'm not trying to be funny, if you have a good idea and everyone agrees on it and just keep drowing you out anyways.... you need to shut them UP so your idea can be presented...

remember ass kissing gets you to the top, but bold moves do also... the only time this doesn't apply is if you don't know whether the highest boss would agree or not, or actually pretty sure he won't. if you havea good feeling he'll like it, shut them the fuck up however possible, and state your idea... it'll pay off.
