Death
I'm not afraid of death, but I would never want to die if possible.
I don't see death as a "transition" though. I see it as death. But I think the afterlife will be a lot like the before life. I won't be conscious matter anymore, but I'll still be matter. And I'm sure nobody minds not existing once they don't exist anymore...so no one has to suffer.
That's why I don't fear death, but wish it wouldn't happen to me.

Death
As long as I'm not tied up in a stinky basement with axes lining the wall or something like that, I don't fear death. I am almost looking forward to it. That doesn't mean I want to die, it just means I'm ready for it.

Do not fear because death is as natural as breathing.

Death
Why should we be afraid ? Being dead is the same as not being born yet. Nothingness.
We should rejoyce and enjoy life. Every second we're alive there's someone not being conceived. We are the lucky ones

Death
I'm scared shitless of death. It's always been my greatest fear. I think I'm afraid of it because even though I believe I know what happens when we die I'm still not 100% sure, so it's still a mystery. That and it's definitely going to happen to me. My philosophy on death is that it's the greatest question of all time and always will be. Greater than God, why are we here, and the meaning of life. I also can't even fathom how it isn't on others' minds constantly or how they're not afraid of it. If they say they're not afraid they're either lying or the bravest people I've ever heard of. I believe that absolutely nothing happens when you die that it's endless sleep without dreams and utter non-existence. But for some reason I'm still scared of hell. Although to be more specific it's dying that really scares me whereas death seems alright.

I honestly think you live on, in spirit withing plants, and other animals. Everything is interconnected, and theres a higher frequency of reality, which spirits roam, within dreams, and death.
I only believe this, because my experiences with death (my best friend died in grade 7) And i believe he's still around, not in body, but spirit, as I've GREATLY sensed him before.....
I've seen death, grieved over it, and accepted it. I know there's something after you die, and as long as i believe that, it will be true.

I'm not afraid of dying. My awareness/consciousness will last forever, which is a fact. Death of the physical body, may or may not happen to me -either way, I'm fine with it.
