What kind of diet/nutrition do you have?
That's true. In my case, I'm dropping huge logs everytime, In 2 months, all I have to show for it is 9 pounds, I'm up to 162 now. All muscle though, I got my my body fat measured at 6.4%. It's going to take forever to get back to what I once was at 180.
