It's actually quite hard to eat alot and keep up with it.
Six meals a day is so much better for you than 3 when you cut the sizes in half.
i try to put a little something in my body every two hours to keep my metabolism running throughout the day.

nightlight Reviewed by nightlight on . What kind of diet/nutrition do you have? So I was just curious how my fellow stoners approach diet and nutrition. erm.... yeah I'm a stoner again, lol. I only smoke little bits about once-twice a week, no need for more, but it's enjoyable as long as I do it no more that. Anywhoo... I'm pretty obsessive about the nutrition. I check the nutrients on all the packaged food I eat and make sure everything's balanced out. It's really not as difficult as it sounds, it's just become habbit and I don't feel like it's a burden at all. I Rating: 5
