I have a hard time swallowing the supplements I want to take since they are in huge pills. But on average this is my daily diet.

Through out the day I drink about 6 bottles of water. I dunno how healthy my diet is but I try to homecooked food, and pretty much stopped eating fast food.
It's not perfect, but overall pretty healty so I wouldn't worry too much man. My diet isn't exactly perfect either since when I smoke I get ravenous munchies and start buying candy and chocolate and everthing else delicious lol.

I only smoke little bits about once-twice a week, no need for more, but it's enjoyable as long as I do it no more that. Anywhoo... I'm pretty obsessive about the nutrition. I check the nutrients on all the packaged food I eat and make sure everything's balanced out. It's really not as difficult as it sounds, it's just become habbit and I don't feel like it's a burden at all. I Rating: 5
