I have a hard time swallowing the supplements I want to take since they are in huge pills. But on average this is my daily diet.
Breakfast: 2 eggs, 2 pieces of bread, 3 suasage links, 1-2 cups of tea.
Lunch: 1 sandwhich, 1 glass of gatorade/powerade, 1 serving of a random fruit.
Snack: Banana,pear, or apple.
Lunch: 1 plate of rice,beans,meat,etc, 1 cup of soda, and maybe something like corn.
Through out the day I drink about 6 bottles of water. I dunno how healthy my diet is but I try to homecooked food, and pretty much stopped eating fast food.
