What kind of diet/nutrition do you have?
Yeah before I was NOT eating balanced whatsoever. When I get the munchies now I try to eat something healthier instead of the usual junk food. Apples are a good munchie food for me. In general I use to barely eat fruits/vegetables but now I try to atleast eat 1-2 servings of fruit a day and I actually feel healthier. Hard to explain, but just over-all my eating habits have changed enough to make me feel healthier.
