I dont' know, you're nearsighted or farsighted depending on the way your natural eye lense is mis-shaped and bends the light to a slightly different part of your retina, hence causing a blur. The glasses redirect the beams of light to the right part of the retina. Having an external artificial lense will not 'correct' your vision that I know of...whether you use them or not, it's going to stay the same or get worse either way.
