LOL....I'm using control, if I didn't on this issue I'd probably have to ban myself. When the average Joe get the same benifits as this then fine, till then it really does suck.

Skink is going through something similar.......I wonder if his private "Skink Shrink" will be allowed to come to his cell and make a plea for home supervision over jail time?

She didn't get off that easy you guys, she can't leave her mansion for like 90 days so if she wants anything she will be forced to send a servant for it. That's not easy. Give the girl some slack. lmao, why don't you try looking at the original jail sentence of 45 days...pushed to 23 days of pampering in jail, and now house arrest...and I believe it's house arrest 40 days..that's not even the fucking time she was supposed to be in jail!

She's there for 40 days in her mansion, not 90 days.

And yes, it is bullshit. She is there for violating her drunk driving probation. If she were anybody else, she would be there where she should be.

If I could have a 40 day vacation away from society, I would be more than glad to take it. That's a whole month away from it all.

Now that we're on the subject of criminals, there is a girl in my class who got sentenced to federal prison for 2 years, only served 1 year, and she is in a halfway house now. Since she is going to school full time, she doesn't have to pay any rent, gets a card that gives her $100 worth of food every week, and to top it off, she gets small funds through student funding. I guess if you are working though, rent is only a $100 a month.

I don't get it myself, so if I break the law, I can have a vacation away from it all, or live rent free if I go to school, get free food and free money? I'll sign up. Where's a gun.

I can tell you what her medical condition was right here and now. Either "anxiety" or "depression", from the trauma of poor socialite girl actually getting punished. Hell, she should get a life sentence just for being the biggest stupid rich whore on the planet.
