It means translated into english "long may your chimney smoke"

This derives from when times were hard during the various depressions suffered by Scots throughout history, coal was one of the first things that families did without when the money was getting short , no coal meant no smoke coming out of the chimney so everybody knew you were struggling to make ends meet.
So the saying is one of wishing prosperity on someone

Basically I am wishing good fortune and prosperity on everyone.
