I think it's about rushes of blood, like to warm yourself when you're cold, you're blood must start to pump faster, like when you're turned on. Like when I walk outside in the cold, all of a sudden I feel like I have to pee. Wait, I've completely forgotten my point...yeah, rushes of blood, I think that's it.
