Democrats Hope to Expand Rights at Guantánamo
P4B, I can see where your coming from. But surprise, surprise, I'll back the dems on this one. Since the ruling shows us that not everyone in Gitmo is as dangerous as we're lead to believe, clearly something needs to change down there. IF they were, as is sometimes claimed, the worst of the worst then it makes sense for them to STFU. But they're not. At least not all of them. And this raises serious questions about the entire operation.
