This is a slippery slope and the Bush regime has been trying to apply these rules to every citizen, no Habeas corpus, Not being able to confront your accuser, secret testimony, things guaranteed by the constitution. We can't let these rules stand.

That's just the thing....these people aren't U.S. citizens nor do most of their home countries even want them back. These jihadists don't deserve the same rights as the ones they'd love to see eliminated.

Well, at least they'd get a trial! And you see some kind of disconnect between them and us. Believe me, the Bush regime wants the same rules for US citizens!
