as far as United States' law, they would hang your ass for even ONE plant - 'cultivation' is a serious Federal charge - IF they knew Daddy said it was OK, he could have his house and property seized, and it would be auctioned off while he was in jail - seriously, it is WAY dumb for him to allow, or even admit knowing about, your plant cultivation - I'm not exaggerating this situation, it can, and does happen on occasion - wait till you're older, get your own home, and put IT at risk - :smokin:

If you have to - do it off property in the wild somewhere but FFS don't do it in your old mans back yard :wtf:.Minds are like parachutes, they both work best when open.

I grew up smoking in my parents crib (after they found out i smoked), or in my room upstairs actually. The kinda unspoken philosophy was that if you want to do it, do it at home so there's no risk of getting hem'd up by the "jakes" on the street. There's nothin like smokin' a blunt and watchin Saturday cartoons...Mom always had stuff growing in her garden, and I'm sure I could've snuck a few in; between the collard greens:rasta:

There is a big difference between letting a child smoke & letting them grow. It seems like the OP has a pretty col dad & shouldn't take the p*ss
by keeping the plants on the family property. Find a bit of waste ground or the like and run the risk of get caught there. Either that or as said before kill the plants & wait till you are earning enough to risk your own home.

Hell, he agreed to it, rise above the risk and tell your dad about the risks you learned from us. If he still accepts it I say propose to him, a green house.
Grow other things in there near the door (like some bushy tomato plants) around 6-months to a year before you start planting your buds in the back. This way, you will get the suspicion and be able to shoo it away, there's no risk if an inspection occurs and you can take advantage of the acceptance of the greenhouse in the backyard.
Any thing else will probably land you some issues...
However; Obviously it's a much more logical decision to take matters elsewhere...Like to the forest..
But even outdoors, use caution. Mapquest is your best friend. GoogleEarth, even better! They will aid you in determining property boundaries.

alot of advise on not doing it due to legal concern, understandable. But theres other factors to take into consideration, first off, is your dad cool? he's not a dick thats going to say it's cool and then tell you it's not is he? Or worse, narc you out for growing pot at his house (it has happened many times before, and the pigs always side with the parent that made the call, so he dosent lose the house, and the kid goes to jail, I've seen this happen to a few people.)
And though it is illegal, you gotta remember it is not immoral to grow a plant, and you have to stand up for the simple fact that human beings should do what makes them happy despite what thier government thinks, so long as it harms no one, I've always been a firm believer that marijuana prohibition is a load of garbage, and I'm sure most people here on cannabis.com believe the same.
It's worth legal risk so long as if you get caught you do the right thing and tell the cops you planted the seeds without you7r fathers consent and kept them secret, and make sure he tells the same story.
