Although I have a story that goes with your signature which is kind of funny and gross at the same time. He "PIITB" with this one chick he was sleeping with and the next day his "johnny" was throbbing in pain. So he went to the doctor and come to find out he had a small piece of shit blocking his urinary track so the doctor had to use a tool and go down inside his "johnny hole" and scrape the shit out. Guess that's what you get for "PIITB".
