1ST time grower.

hi zoneheads. well what can i say. have got 1 big bud from seed and 1 northern lights cutting. when they got to 10 weeks old i could tell the sex and had to throw 2 males away.whats left is definetly female.have put them on 12/12 mode for 17 days now with good results.they are flowering well .smell lovely.am beside meself with anticipaction. got to be so disciplined.am only using cheap fluros for the whole grow.veg was good considering type of lights.flowering is slow .should use metal halide or hps. but cant afford the elec .on tight budget. does anyone know if i should carry on at 12/12 mode or maybe increase light to 13 and dark 11 hours .any help would be graet thank guys -G-MAC:

keep 12/12 to harvest. Make sure theres no light getting to them in their dark period and make sure your fluros are not being absorbed by any dark surfaces etc. If your going to flower with fluros you need to make sure most of the light gets absorbed by the plant. Maybe tye back the veg leaves to let the bud get the most light?

ok will try that, meant to say 13dark and 11 light, theres no light getting in so i guess its just a waiting game now...peace out G-MAC
