The whole medical marijuana thing
I don't have any illnesses that reguire medical marijuana but for those of you that do, does this mean you have to be high all the time to get relief from the symptoms? Because that kind of sucks. I wouldn't want to have to be high all the time to get pain relief. Atleast for me I don't like being high during daily activites, just when I wanna chill out.

No I do not need to be high 24/7 to get relief from the symptoms of my Crohn's disease. Smoking about once a day is all I need to relieve my stomach cramps, and also helps preventing diarrhea. While smoking about 1 time a day, even during my sober hours, I feel much better with increased appetite, I don't get nearly as many or severe stomach cramps, and really just feel "normal"...something none of the medications ever did. At best they would make me feel better for some time, but none of them other than marijuana have made me feel like I was before I was diagnosed.
There is a science behind it, you can read about it here. I was also informed by a doctor that drinking cannabis tea is best for my condition because it is far more efficient, and cannabis has healing properties that can heal inflamed tissue. So naturally if it heals inflamed parts of my digestive system, I would feel better sober or high.
