i wouldn't touch that shit with a 10 foot pole when it was plugged in. i see bare wires. that light is fluoro but it's burned out, get a new one. good fine anyways, obviously was used for a grow lol.

and fix that shit wiring before you use it.

I think it's a fluorescent setup, but that's about all I can figure out (I'm new here). Can anyone confirm this? Could I grow with something like this, or would I need more?
