thanks for the info guys. i actually did plug it in and turn it on, and i wasn't electricuted! the light actually works too. kinda surprising.

Junk_Bandit Reviewed by Junk_Bandit on 06-05-2007. Found this light (PICS) So I was taking out my trash today, and I found this little setup laying next to the dumpster. I think it's a fluorescent setup, but that's about all I can figure out (I'm new here). Can anyone confirm this? Could I grow with something like this, or would I need more? You can get multispectrum bulbs that are actually cheaper than most single HPS/MH bulbs, obviously good on a budget but you may need to replace them faster because they are doing the all the work.
