LIP, I bet there would be some way to make concrete either stronger, or less brittle by incorporating hemp fibers...maybe?

Also, I also bet that a bunch of concrete truck drivers & deliverers have lost their jobs simply because they failed a drug test...that is discriminatory IYO, innit?

I know people who will walk down the street and talk about herb at the top of their voices, not caring who hears. I know other people who will whisper about weed if there's anyone within 100 feet.
