Well ego loss is the realization that we are all connected there is no more me, or I there is just all. the barriors that we have in our minds that keep us separated from everything else cease to be thus the killing of our ego. Its really a profound realization, it is what i believe happens right before you body dies, your brain releases DMT a very strong psychoactive in the moments before death, the researchers studying this believe that it is why people "see the light" when it s actually your brain dosing you up on halucinogens, cool huh.

I fell straight on my face twice with my hands in my pockets, busted my lip, tried to punch my friend, screamed, cryed, yelled, kicked and smashed all sorts of shit.
