Now if you have any of those conditions, you are pretty much set.
Second, you need a doctor that will write a letter or recommendation stating that with his first amendment right to freedom of speech, in his best medical profession, recommends marijuana as a beneficial treatment for your condition. However, legally he CANNOT give/prescribe you marijuana, he can't even tell you where to go and get it. That part is all up to you and a little friend called Google.
Third, If your doctor does not give you a recommendation, you take your medical records to a different doctor that will. Typically these other doctors charge about $150 for the visit.
After that, just do some internet searches to find a dispensary.Nailhead Reviewed by Nailhead on . Would I be able to get Medical? Lately I have been ran over and snapped my right humerus in half dead on in the middle. To move is a huge surge of pain and I can hardlys get out of bed. And I have been to the doctors about a toenail problem which badly hurts and all they give me is Anti-biotics which dont work much and they wont rip them out because they dont advice me being under local anesthetic. For the time being with my arm until it heals so I can move it is it possible I could get medical marijuana? Im confused atm so Rating: 5
