i planted 5 plants all of which are from bag seed, one seed i found in a bag which contained way dank chronic. the rest found in dirt weed bags. please feel free to write any comments and some growing pointers so i can do everything i can to grow the right way. thanks

Cute babies.
I like vegging under 4' cool whites. At Lowes they have a premium 4' reflector fixture for about $20.00 that holds 2 bulbs. I use 2 of these and keep them about 2 inches away from the plants and this works great and it's cheap. Veg them for about 4-5 weeks and put them under a HPS if you can. You wont be dissapointed. I've been using Miracle Grow moisture control and have been very pleased. (Cheap and easy to find) Once flowered I started using GH Flora Nova Bloom. Seems to be working well. i currently am using 3, 12 inch floros that are specificly for growing. do u think i can continue to use those or switch to cool whites. my light scedule is 20 on 4 off. also i am using miracle grow all purpose plant food which is 24-8-16. if that wont work what is the best plant food for cannabis that i will most likely find at a garden center or home depot. peace

Hi, Enser. Cool looking seedlings. The thing with MG is that it comes with built in fertilizers, which you cannot control. It also apparently makes it harder to control your nutes later on. Mainly you want to have a good plain soil mixed with perlite and/or vermiculite for a good solid mix. There are tons of soil recipes on here that I suggest you do a search for. I am definitely not hugely knowledgeable about soil, so I'd go around reading and researching if I were you.

Those small tube grow lights you have will last you about a week, then you'll have to get some CFLs to get a good veg. Several CFLs and keep 'em close. G'luck.
