Bongs Vs Joints
I wanted to do a test. I smoked a bowl out of the bong. Then I removed the stem and bowl, waited until I sobered-up, and smoked another bowl straight from the stem/bowl (it was long, and didn't burn me).
No water produces a cerebral high; water turns my brain into jelly, makes for a stupid, drunkish high.
