Yeah lol. Like who though? Bands who have ambient keyboards mixed in with their black metal, or those who have both black metal albums and ambient ones such as Burzum or Ildjarn?

Burzum, Xasthur, some of Immoral's stuff, basically anything with the really raw black metal sound and repetition.

DOOM METAL? Never heard those words together before... but by looking at the other bands listed here, i wouldnt put sabbath in that category

Then DEFINITELY DEFINITELY DEFINETELY check out Ildjarn. So raw and repetitive. Its almost like hardcore punk, but its so good.

Will do- Well on another note most tr00 and kvlt black metal is like that. Great stuff, makes you want to sacrifice goats and shit

Lol, my favorite BM band is either Burzum, Drudkh, or Windir. There are certain qualities to each that make them stand out.

A good doom metal band is Nortt, they have an obvious Doom influence along with the depressive Black Metal sound.... I am actually quite surprised to find others on this site that have interests in Black Metal.

I have a vast collection of Black Metal, All Burzum's Albums, All Xasthur's Albums and Demo's etc. even the Pre-Solo era with band members!.

So if anyone is interested in a band quite difficult to find or are perhaps interested in trading music for music than PM me. I really do have quite a selection.

Doom is savage. Sunn o))) What a band.

But i have to say, Celtic Doom ftw, Mael Mórdha. Unreal!

Sunn O))) I think should be classified as more Drone than Doom Metal. It really has no elements of metal, nor vocals added to the mix. Although they are quite the creative act If I say so myself.
