Nice looking system. How much assembly is required, and what level of difficulty is the assembly process? The system itself is a great setup but, how difficult will aeroponics be to grasp for a new gardener? Finally, the big question, lol, price. Product price and shipping costs are a consideration, particularly for new and/or small gardeners. Thank You, Kuu

the rack is a no brainer set up the corner pieces come pre-glued so it's sure to be square. the vertical light tube is four section's the bottom is a base with two 6in flanges one for ducting and one for the first fixture to sit on followed by the next two fixtures.the hydrogon chambers come in quarters so we can send them u.p.s. they are marked with a connect point a to b and need to be glued together we dont send glue it's not that difficult
For new gardener's I would recomend plumbing this system as a flood and drain in my opinion it's more forgiving areo is great if you got it dialed already the cost is on the page and shipping to the east coast is about 350. peace

well your into a set-up from scratch for 1500 plus the ballast's bulb's pumps fan timers resv. plumbing and thats another 1200 or so. Maybe you just dont have enough money poorman and should save every penny cause once your pulling down the big yields like you would with a HYDROGON you'll look back on these days and laugh seriously though we've been building these things for years and got it dialed anyone who's ever put a 5 inch hole saw through a 6in piece of pipe can tell you what a pain in the ass it is anyway we've come along way since conception and now use a cnc designed jig to perfectly align our eliptical net pot hugging holes. This unit is way worth the investment
