That'd be fine if all stoners voted for a representative of that group,but they don't even appear on the ballots, most stoners are too lazy or uninformed to be involved in politics anyway, and even if all the stoners voted (a lot of stoners are still democrats/republicans), there still wouldn't be enough voters for them to win, and non-stoners wouldn't vote for a party whose priority is to legalize marijuana, and everything else comes later..

Even you have to agree that there are some other major issues besides the war on drugs.
