you need to get better weed man Over the past few years here in humboldt I've seen from the begingings of 215 to the election of OUR new ditrict attourny who rewrote our local medical guidelines to now have no plant or wattage limit in 100square ft you as a medi grower are LEGAL TO GROW and possess 3 pounds dried.As far as felonies are concerned here if your medical you dont get hasseled. I know of numberous instance's of police entering and leaving medical grows never to return, shit the only way to get heat around here is to have honestly 1000 of plants set up's this is frowned upon. As far as the UN and weather or not public oponion will ever see to taking a price tag off of marijuana all I can say is public oponion starts here and now. I don't doubt local police may turn their heads to the laws on the books, but, my man, my weed is excellent and it's highly illegal. If you read my post it said medically it's not uniform. Come to Florida or Oklahoma or Texas or even New York and see what happens to pot growers of very small quantities. Also, see how there aint no way in hell you'll get a prescription for pot, they would laugh you out of the jail!!! Lastly, look at the back and forth wrestling in the courts over the matter.
