Yeah. You don't need to attend classes to do it either, it's just stretching. Just stretch every possible way until it starts to hurt, and keep doing it everyday.

When doing the various stretches and poses, I never realized it could be so intense, not in a vigorous way, but you are trying to balance your body to immaculate form. I didn't realize how inflexible I was! Near the end, the instructor told us to relax, and let all your worries go. For that period, I felt so tranquil, my mind was cleared, all the stress just went away. For those that want a different Rating: 5
